    Default newbie here!

hello everyone, first off good looking site already did some searching , looks like alot of knowledge on this fourm

im not new to mustangs, i have a 65 coupe with a 289, a 09 GT and a 04 cobra, also had a 94 5.0 but i ending up selling the 94 wish i didnt still miss it,

moving on, i just bought a 1980 mustang 4 eyed I6 automatic. its running and driving need some loving, and paints a bit rough but other then that should be a fun project

planing to just make it a nice daily,
want to change the front bumper to the 85 style, and change the tail lights to the 85-90's style, of course swap a 302 with full bolt on's, change the seat to more of a bucket style would mind just some sn94 seats, full black interior, disc brakes all around and 5 lug conversion

looking foward to working on this fox, any help is much appreciated
    thanks

Hi, a few days old here. Your car makes me want to get a notch back again. I had a 79 and I just remembered after looking at yours, my brother had one very similar to yours. I also remembered that my little sister had a Capri the same color as yours. That is going to be a great project. I changed my front-end to an 84 because my bud got a aero front end and I messed my front-end up. 85-86 is the best looking, so where you from?

An 80 coupe with an I6 was my first car. Good choice! While I'm still a fan of the 79-82 egg crates, the later ones are pretty nice too!

Enjoy your project and welcome to the site!

Rare and unusual notchback coupe, so nice to see such a great car.
