mine is not pretty it needs a general refreshing, and i will start a thread at that time. pics will be included.
the car looks tired but is all there. am rounding up parts for the refresh.
thank you, its the first cobra i have owned. oddly enough. would have thought i would have had a 03 or 04 first. but why not start with something rare. am working on getting another car right now and i think i will have to slow down and do some resto work. also think i will be letting a few that i have, hit the road to someone else that would like them as much as i do. am refining my desired rides.

Anyone know the whereabouts of this car by chance?
I am fairly certain it is the obscenely low mileage 79 that was originally from Michigan. 2.3T/4-Speed. My uncle was the original owner, who sold it to my father in the mid-80s. We sold it in the mid-90s to a buy in Brighton/Howell, MI and he threw it on eBay around 5 or 6 years ago. IIRC, he moved?
Some of my earliest memories as a kid were in that car.
here's a couple of my 81 cobra

Talked to my dad the other day. We sold it for $6500 in 96 or 97 with a little over 2100 miles. He had it for sale up here in Brighton and moved down to Indiana apparently, which goes along with what I thought originally.
I think your cobras fantastic,if your hood scoop was black like mine,it would help your snake pop out instead of blending.Just a thought.
