Seems like a pretty reasonable asking price for less than 18k miles and in good shape. Wouldn't mind picking that one up, but have no room to put it.
    Had ~
'81 Mustang Ghia Hatchback, red, 4-cylinder, 5-speed, slow, but looked great!

    Have ~
'83 Mustang GT Hatchback, white with black, stock 5.0, 5-speed, T-tops, dual exhaust

How can people still ask over 10k for a car, take only 4 pictures of it and say stuff like "needs a tune up and price will go up if i do it" and "no rush to sell it" with a straight face is beyond me.
Plugs, wires and a distributor cap shouldnt affect the price of a car at this price point and if you could get a new top/tires and battery but not be bothered to do it just to get it sold what else awaits the potential buyer.

completely agree. just do the basic stuff and don't try to get your money back for it. everyone is trying to get every dollar back they put in a car.
