    Punctuation.

Sounds like an uber-interesting car. I'd like to know more about it.

hm.. this is interesting for 2 reasons-

conversions are typically done to coupes
authentic pace cars were all hatchbacks from what i understand

i'm really REALLY interested to see what a pace car convertible looks like

The concept is interesting but the pictures of that convertible just look wrong to me on a number of different levels but my biggest problem with it is the hatchback designed striping that should go up the C-pillar and the rear wing.

I would like to see how Tomaso interpreted how the convertible version should be though.

Except interior (79 door panels would have been great) and trunk (spoiler that doesn't fit and visible hinges) ... i love that convertible

The trunk on that is a whole lotta WTF.

Apparently it's all glassed in and won't open?

Should have not put that spoiler on the car, whether the trunk opens or not. Otherwise, nicely done.

Actually it's a one piece spoiler which opens along with the trunk, overhangs the quarters and fits just as neat and clean as you see it in the pictures above. The trunk is a working item on this car and the conversion was done as if it was "factory built"......I was going to do that with an 82 GT nose and a 83 GT convertible a while back. Even thought about doing that to my Biviowac convertible, but choose to leave that as stock in appearance as I can.
