Information/picture wanted!!!

Ok guys, I am at my wits end. I have been searching for a picture of an early Fox Mustang that was in Car Craft (IIRC) back in the '80's. It was a pro street Mustang that had custom skinny and wide TRX wheels. IF anyone has a copy of the article or has an electronic copy (preferred), please let me know. Thanx

A guy on foxtbirdcougarforums uses cut up Ted rims as hubcaps basically inside another rim.

Haystack, I totally know about him. My original plan was to follow his example until LMR did the TRX 16"ers.

Mike, I know the rears were pushing 15" x 14" but not 100% if the fronts were 15" x 4" or maybe a little wider. Looked badass.

That car also has the oddball "rocker arm stabilization " kit on the valve covers, like we had a thread on recently.

Beautiful car. My 1979 Cobra started out with a 2.3 . We weber carbed it, water/alky it on boost, and set the waste gate at 18 psi. The motor was an absolute blast to drive. The 2.3 is easily capable of 350 HP. Years later I pulled the motor and trans and it sits on a stand in my garage. Look at my post. It is running a BFF 460 / C6 trans. The car is crazy but I still drive it on the street with the " Turbo " marker on the hood. My wheels are two piece TRX's that measure 16x7 and 16x8 and the 245x50 16's have tons of room in the wheel wells. Good luck on your project. My advice if your going to a small block, would be a 331 with a C4. Spend some time at the machine shop and make an engine that spin 7000 r's and put a 2600 to 3000 convertor in it with 3.27 gears. Nothing will erase that smile after you smoke that Camaro.
