Unfortunatly for you we can't break em down by options. Such as transmission. Only by model...
But 83 Capri RS... here ya go.

manufacture in 1983. In 1984 the 4 speed was a "delete/credit" option I

As far as I know, no GSs in 84 got the air dam unless someone added it
after the factory, and there were no 5.0 GS cars in 84. In 85 there were
some, in 86 that's all there was...unless you got the car from Canada and
then you could get an RS.

Yeah,what he said!So,you couldnt get a RS/GS,right?All RS's had the air dam front end,and ....all 86's with 5.0's were GS's ...But..my 999 letter says its a RS,and the car says GS...HAHAHA

I also have an 83 RS 5.OL 5speed. From what I have read, it was a mid year switch from the 4speed. My car was made in September of 83 and has the 5speed. So the switch must have been pre Sept
