Default Finally got the engine bay straightened out

Well, progress has been painfully slow on my Capri, but I did manage to get the engine bay cleaned up.

A squirrel had moved in on my intake at some point- he left quite a mess!!!

Putting in the driver's side caliper today along with a few more bolts on the fenders, and I'll be going for a test ride tonight (hopefully!)

    Definitely looking much better Jim!!
Let me know when you are mobile, we will have to get together or hit an A&W Cruise night.

I will be going there tonight I think for a bit....my son has been nagging me to go. ( I think he just wants burgers and rootbeer though LOL)

Sounds great! The A&W is every Tuesday, correct?

If all goes well tonight, it'll be heading out for paint this week.

Heading out to the driveway now!

Looks good, nice to see something differentH how old is that fan? I have seen a few cars that have had the blades fly off under high rpm,not a good scene. Happened to me with a factory Ford fan.

Sounds great-hopefully very soon! I was actually at A&W this afternoon for lunch, I was working over on Mowry ave. installing storm drains.

Thank you, I thought the Ford Blue would look nice under there.

You know, I wish I still had a factory fan. The original was fragged when the nose got twisted back in '94. My buddy had this one in his garage, and the price was right (free). It has about 20 minutes of use on it, if that, and it will never see 5000 RPM, so I hope it will be o.k. for now

I cleaned up the dual snorkel set up. It's for sale in the classifieds.
You must not like the EFI valve covers either!

Not going for a restoration, I just want it to look clean and actually get to drive it!

I love the decal on the EFI cover!
    Nice original touch.

I see that you also put them on opposite sides as I did on my 84. Did you cut the passenger side for a PCV?

I used the fitting on the fill tube, it's already baffled. It works, so far!

Do you have a picture of yours?
