I have done similiar work on classic Mustangs, but have yet to go that far on a Fox. Now you are making me feel bad for not repairing my old 86 GT that was wrecked in the front by the PO.

got the rotted out strut towers cut off the donor. gonna weld the original front clip back on from the strut towers forward. welding in plates inside the a pillars before welding them back together. also gonna make apron covers out of sheet metal with easy access fasteners to access the wiring and components on the aprons. gonna look pretty slick. pics will follow in the next few days.
getting closer to welding the donor section on to the frame/chassis!!!!
