Making a junkyard run. Need parts?
On Sunday I will be making a run for a motor. while I'm there I will take photos of any four eyes I see. In the mean time does anyone have any requests? If it's cheap I can pick it up and you can pay me back.
I plan to hit Ecology and pick-a-part on broadway and trucks only on 35th ave. If anyone has seen any good 85-86 Mustangs or Capri what yard had them? Looking for GT specific stuff and grey interior.
Hey man I posted my wishlist in the other thread. I see this post is several weeks old. I think we should start a new thread where everyone posts their wish lists and edit them as parts are located.
If you're looking for GT stuff and grey interior, I can save you $2 and tell you that Ecology had nothing today. Just a set of Escort/Lynx halos. Of course their inventories are rumored to change daily, but I saw no four-eyed anything this morning. Your only saving grace may come if you search the rest of the yard, I only combed the FORD section.
They had a 4-banger aero car which was originally equipped with a full black interior. Kinda rare, right? All that was left was the dash, base low-back seats and headliner.
Requests? Howsabout some wagon taillights? My LH is cracked but if you find a good pair I'll be down with paying you back when we can meet up.
