I don't know, here's a picture of the seats that match. Any by the way they are already spoken for but it's possible that he could be talked out of them I suppose. They are going to slpr50ltd.

They came from an 84 LTD wagon.

The Checkered pattern looks like it's the correct pattern for the LTD LX. Is this just a basic roll of fabric? Or is it on a panel or something.

Not interested in the seats though.

IIRC correctly the LTD LX upholstery isn't checkered. It's more like dark blue specks on a medium blue background.

I was just showing the seats to show the pattern on the door panels. The fabric is sort of an insert in the middle where the window buttons are and the surround is medium blue vinyl. The bottoms are carpet.

The seats are not for sale.

1 step closer to Knotts. MAde it to my sister's place in Encinitas. Replaced the blue oval on my trunk lid. Fixed the busted latch on the center console lid. Tracked down and fixed the loose connection that was making my subwoofer work intermittently.

Now everything I intend to repair before Knotts is done. Tomorrow it's time to clean. Not shooting for the infamous Jeff clean, I don't have the anal retentive gene for that.

    Default Got pass

Got my pass, looks like all Fox Mustangs will be in 40? I know they rearranged the show since they had new construction at Knotts and the show area shrank. It's what, 2000 cars now? Will be checking out the Capri and LTD section for some of you all... Doubt if I'll make Po' Folks though. I'm allergic to morning... Now back to waxing.

Me and my father(the original owner of my car) went to the event. We had a great time and met a lot of really cool people. I even met several members of FEP. It was nice to be able to put a face to some of the names I have seen on here for several years. I will go again next year for sure!

There was only 4 Capri's at the event out of almost 2000 cars.

No Robert, there was only 3 capri's there... a certain member (from santa barbara) had his capri parked with the mustangs! WTF...lol?
as i pulled in i was directed towards the mustang parking but the last minute they realized and the re-directed me to the proper place...DAMN so again i was parked between a '62 and a 64 maruader... and when i tryed to park next to 2 other capri's they really didnt care about us, but they bent over backwards to make the people of older mercurys happy. this show in my opinion is getting worse every year. there were gaps cars, mixed up workers who didnt know what to do at times.... i think all of us 4 eyed (all makes/models) should be located in 1 area. maybe under "other" this way we all can be seen together.

They directed us (the LTDs) into the wrong area as well. Luckily when they asked us to move, they made sure there was enough space for all of us to be parked together.

Yea! It was a great show though. We parked with the Mustangs because the Mercury section is mostly old timers..... the 5.0 Mustang section gets a lot more traffic. Lots of fun standing ~30ft away and seeing people going "wtf?!" at our car.

Btw navy cat your Capri looks really clean, we oogled over the interior for quite some time but we did not see you.

The Silver LTD LX belongs to James Perterson. He's there nearly every year.

The black one is one that I seem to remember.... was found in Torrance. I was looking to buy it for my mother but she did not want it. It had faded to the brown primer, a trashed center console, and a questionable running engine. The FEP member that bought it did a great job on restoring it.
