help with turbo bird

I have saved a turbo bird, has no power to windows,seats,windshield wiper/washers, The car runs well but has issues with electrics

I have no materiels to troubleshoot with , I am trying to procure shop manuals as I write this

Well, I'm going to first assume you have checked the fuses, correct?

I don't have any 87-88 EVTMs myself.

start with the easy checks first... the fuses then the switches

I have procured some factory manuals and an EVTM so hopefully I can get to the bottom of the cars problem
