      Default 87 cougar running rich

      Alright my 5 liter cougar is giving me a fit. It seems to be running super rich. To the point it bucks and stalls out freguently and it's getting about 5 milres to the gallon. Was thinking yhe egr could be hung up or maybe a bad fuel pressure regulator. If my regulator was bad would it cause it to pour fuel uncontolably? I had this and my tubo capri go down last week and i'm in a bind and have to get one running. I beleive my capri needs a head gasket so if this easy i will fix it first so i got some wheels. Thanks in advance.

      If anyone was wondering the vacume line to the map sensor being cracked and collapsed will make it run really really bad.
