Yeah, that guy seems to show up at all the shows I do (especially in NJ). Who won first. Was it that saleen car? If so, was that a real Saleen or not?

Also, I guess I just noticed, you guys didn't even place? I told you saturday, that was a tough class, I'm surprice you or Joe didn't place.

I am surprised too, aeroized cars should be bumped to 87-up class. Esco and Evils cars are both bitchin'

Tom, that '86GT with the SALEEN wing won 1st. Real nice car.
It certainly was a tough class & it would have been nice for Joe or I to place but what matters to me the most was the enjoyment I got from meeting new friends, hanging with old one's & just plain enjoying the hobby.

The car I am referring to had the older ROH wheels (I believe they were) and a full saleen kit (not just wing) and and clear headlight covers. Is that the one you were referring to?

Yes Tom. You're right. It had the whole SALEEN treatment. That engine bay was spectacular!!

If you go to the carlisle forums you can asked them about this. or email them. They will look into it. We had a problem in our class. a 76 Capri took 1st place and we complained and had it changed. Rick at Carlisle is a great guy to deal with
