new mufflers

I see - he's and SVO owner so I'm guessing that is SVO exhaust for '86. I will crawl under my car tonight and see if I can see the stampings on my mufflers for you.

Sorry I haven't gotten around to this yet. I was sick over new years and didn't feel much like venturing out into the cold garage. I'll try to get it done this week.

Sorry for the delay on this - my mufflers (and all underbody) have actaully be undercoated as part of an optional rust prohibitor package by the selling dealer. The part numbers are there but very hard to decipher and definitely wont show up in a picture. I could scrape it off but I prefer to leave the car as it was when it left the dealer.

A buddy of mine has my take-off mufflers from my old '85 GT Vert. Next time I get together with him I will take pics of those if you still need it as they were not undercoated

I went ahead and bought the Walker quiet flow 3s. I sent my front Y pipe with pre-cat to Kansas city converters for a rebuild. Also sent my original main cat. At least I can keep these original parts. Mufflers were shot though. Had to get new tail pipes (old ones have holes in them). All other parts are original...
