    Smile If i bored a 302 .30 over...

    What is the size of the motor? I have been told it is a 332?

    .030 will turn a 302 to 306

    Sorry postwhoring now but .030 doesn't add 30 cubes to the motor.You have to use the BorexStroke formula to get the real figure.

    331 is a .030" over 302, with a 3.25" stroker crank. Or a 327 if it's standard bore...

    I didnt stroke it at all just from a 302 with bored to 30 over?

    A buddy did his at 60 over and it is a 310 now.....

    You didn't increase the stroke of the crankshaft, you just enlarged the cylinder bores.

    Was i Suppose too? The crakshaft was balanced and cleaned up, I dont think it was stroked?

    no, in order to get like 30 cubes you would have needed to stroke it. A 30 over is actually .030 and like was said earlier it isnt a substantial amount. Although your logic is almost sound as most people will say "30 over", I have seen many people newer to motors come to the same conclusion, infact theres a craigslist ad I just looked at that said the same thing.

    Oh! yeah, i kinda thought thats how it was .30. But its okay. So right now i sitting at a 306 modfiy becasue i have done the bottom end last night i gabed the rings and put the crakn and torqred every thing to the right spec. I have kb forged racing pistons. so im like really pumped haha I just need to get a power package for my top end like cam and timeing chain and intake manfoild its carped.
