    A little Christmas magic...

Engine and tranny (T5) are in the car. These are just as the engine was set in, so the 2x4 block is gone now and the wiring tuck (shoved inside the hinge pocket) is now laying across the engine. The MAF harness is visible in the PS fender apron and will get moved to its permanent home once the MAF is installed. It's good to see it coming together, finally. I'll try to keep moving but no promises.

Time to bring this thread back from the dead...Nothing like two years of making you wait! Hello?? Anyone...there? (crickets chirping)

    Moving on...

Here are some photos as it sits over the weekend. The dash is in, the main harness is tucked away in the engine bay, cruise control is installed, exhaust has been hung (Flowmasters behind a Bassani catted X-pipe turndown tips), Front bumper has been tucked, brakes are bled, seats installed, interior panels dyed black with blue door panels, the new owner has taken it right where I would have.

Yes, the car has changed hands, right into the hands of the man that taught me most everything I know about working on a Ford. If anyone can finish this project I know it's him. Thanks, Dad.

Hey Mike, I do still hang around. I ended up selling the project to my dad, who got it running and sold it locally. It actually had fifteen minutes of fame on Jalopnik's Nice Price or Crack Pipe feature (ended at nice price, of course!). I'm still waiting for it to pop up at a local cruise night. Would've been fun to finish but I just ran out of steam.

We we still play with the Fox bodies though!

Right on. Thanks for the update. Glad it got a little recognition to boot!
