I have only driven this car twice before I found the issue. I am getting it ready for inspection so I do not know when they stopped working. I have no drivers window operation( the other 3 work) and no horn those are all the known problems

I know not where the relays are

Does anybody have a fuse printout?

BTW mustangman, my car has a scarlett interior

Not trying to be a smart ass but, i assume you checked all the fuses.
Thats weird that it plagued the left side of the car, LOL as far as i know the relays on these are under the dash, giving my limited experience with aero's i don't know for sure. But if you can trace the wires from the column you may have a chance on finding the right one

here is a reference page for you on how to test relays if this helps

hopefully someone can chime in to it's exact location, i would assume it would be seperate from the high beam relay, maybe do the brights work at all? the relay make be under the hood near the lights too

sorry i am so random, and giving you to many points to look at but this is how i would do it personally

    And Scarlett is red LOL

I think I have some diagrams that I printed out for my 93, I'll have to check to see whats there.

I don't think I've ever used my brights. Seriously, never. But they do work both ways. Those are actually checked for inspections?

Flash to pass runs off fuse 11. Check that first.

the brights work when lever is moved forward , its the FTP feature that doesnt work.

I have checked with 2 other switches but I may need to ground the switch to work not just a plug in

My mistake, I read wrong, FTP is on fuse 10 not 11, did you check fuse 10 specifically? I think the only other thing on that fuse would be the oil light.
