UDATE:

I pulled the EFI distro and hooked up my Davis Unified HEI distributor. After a little fooling around I have the car where it will crank up pretty easy. How can I check to make sure the vac advance is working? I placed a little vac on the housing and noticed the diaphram pulled in and also held vac. Does that mean everything is good to go? Is it best to time these cars with max vac or none?
