so i found my vin# what can you tell me about it.

The vin only gives a few details, like:
9 = 1979 model
R = built at the San Jose factory
03 = Hatchback
F = 302 V8 engine
120569 = 20569 vehicle built at the San Jose factory

Look for the data sticker on the driverside door

it will be a couple days before i can get the rest of the codes up but i will get them

[Hissing Cobra]

The Bucktag is on the radiator support, just to the right of the hood latch. It'll be a little metal tag with lots of codes on it. Do not lose it! If you have a "true" Cobra, that'll be the only way to verify it (unless you purchase a Marti Report from www.martiauto.com). It'll have a CBR stamped into it. Good luck!
