Buck tag decoding help, please

I know I don't post here much, because I'm usually capable of finding everything I need with the search option. Lots of awesomely useful information here

I was hoping for some help with a buck tag decode. Subject is an 85 Mercury Capri with no badging on it anywhere.

It says:
CAPRI
602553 61D M
2RR TT DF ST
AC 06 HB
CRS PW MBW 02
EL Y 06 2 X (some illegible text, not sure if important)

I'm trying to convince Warlock to love his Capri... I'm not sure he's sold on the bubbleback yet.

I'd be curious about the rest of the illegible text, I've still got the factory paint markings under my hood. Was it stamped text that you couldn't read?

Yeah, it's stamped text.

I'll let Fox decode the whole thing. It is an 85 RS car though. You have to keep the bubble on it!
