    Default One Sweet Granada

So a few months back ---- when I bought the house ---- I said that I would stop looking at cars to buy. Then came along the Cadillac ---- and I hadda go ahead and buy it.

Then I said, "enuf's enuf ---- no more buying for a long time" ---- but this sweeeeet Granada really could get my attention.

I do have a question though ---- and it's the reason that this is not in our "for sale" section. Is this not a fox chassis?

Heres the stock one (except the wheels) I took them off and put the original magnum 500's back on it. The chrome wheels were on it when i bought it. Its a 302 with the 4 speed on the floor, bucket seats and the ESS option, one owner and only 70,000 miles on it, lady owned and babied

I always thought the granada was the ugliest car ford ever made. but that one dont look to bad. I wouldn't buy it but it doesn't look that bad...except the back view. dont know if there is a spoiler that would work on that car. hoodscoop isn't bad on it.

I think the early round headlight Granada makes a cool hot rod. They're so rare in the
hot rod world so they stand out. It's a pretty cool ride.

Well, for me, you're really close there.

I like the round headlight Granadas better than the square ones, too ---- and if I bought this one, I'd always still be wanting one of the other ones.

It seems way too often for me, I miss getting what I want by just that much.

I'm not even sure what made me check out Craigslist and eBay these last few days.

The worst part is that I found an '80 Mustang for sale just five miles down the road from me ---- and a Lincoln Versailles about 20 miles away. I emailed the guy about the Mustang and go no response ---- and I think that I know where the Versailles is so I might just take a country drive this weekend to see it.

I oughta stay home and plant tomatoes.

BTW, if Lincoln Versailles doesnt ring a bell, think Mercury Monarch ---------- with a Continental Tire Kit.

Awesome! I havent seen one of those in like forever.

There is a four-door Cougar version in my hometown that never seems to move.

I've thought 'bout seeing if they want to sell it. It's in "okay" condition. It could be a DD ---- but I'd want to restore it.

That eBay one is an extremely clean version of the breed.

I'd wait it out if it's not exactly what you wanted though.

The brochure one looks like as tiny Lincoln. That is one Granada I wouldnt mind having in that ebay ad. I'd say it would look better with a wing than a spoiler. Like the ones the old LeMans had.
