      Default Ponyless in GA

      I'd like to introduce myself. My name is Patric (not a typo I have no "k") and I'm a closet stangaholic. I live among hondas and VWs but have allways loved mustangs. I'm a new father and need to get ride of my 2 door/2 seat/targa top car. But being a new father I also can not afford a new mustang and I will need a car for semi-daily driving so a classic one is out as well. I have to say that I never really gave the first gen foxs a second look but after seeing what some of you guys have done with them, I'm starting to like what I see. I will be surfing the forums and asking questions as I prepare to find a stang to call my own. I still need to sell my motorcycles and unload my "other" toys to free up some cash, but I hope to be surfing the classified in the near future. Until then I guess I will satisfy my addiction.

      There is a beutiful 86 just listed here...You will find these cars to be a blast to drive...

      Yah I saw that one. Real clean plus t-tops but I still need to scrap up cash and I would like to buy a southern car to avoid the rust issue.

      Welcome aboard and congrats on fatherhood! My best piece of advice is to buy a running, driving machine that can be enjoyed as is, and worked on as time and finances allow, rather than a long term project. Good luck!
