I've really been working on it alot this past week. It needs a tune up badddd.. it only gets like 5 mpg and it misfires like hell above 3k. Any ideas on what it would be?

That is a steal at twice the price!!! I wish that stuff would happen to me!!!

And yeah, I'd sell the wheels and stereo and have a free car!!!

Update - 2023 - Looking to buy 81 Mustang, 82/85/86 Mustang GT, and 79 - 86 Capri (No Sunroof). Not looking for all original/show cars or convertibles - I will be modifying. Would be nice if both were - Black Interior, PW, PL, AC, No - or very little rust. Motor/Trans/Axle not important. Options negotiable with price.

Gotta disconnect that buzzer. First thing I did with my car.

Sounds like maybe the cats are plugged. Drive it at night for awhile pop the hood and take a peek at the headers. See if they are glowing red.

Great car to save and for that price you can't go wrong. Nice.

It didnt sound like that before i changed the plugs and cap. Are you talking about that brief popping noise right?

I dont mind the wheels. I just wish they were black. I think it would look alot better with the white.

The exhaust doesnt make that popping noise anymore.

Ive begin doing some body work to the car.. There was a few small dents i filled. I plan on getting the car painted in a few months so i'm just rattle canning a few of the parts since white is so easy to work with.

I missed out on another good deal. It was a 90 coupe 5.0 that ran and he wanted 1200$ for it. It was gone within minutes. lol
