Wow you just never give up do you. I could care less about the racing dynamics of a wing. I'm not an idiot, I understand how these things work. I was just stating my opinion, like it or not.

Did they notch the SFC's for those to fit, or are those sections there a flattened-out/oval-tubing section that they welded in? Kinda hard to tell from the pic...

Not sure if I'd dig the sound of glasspacks behind an off-road mid-pipe. I'd expect that it would sound a bit too pickup-trucky...

From what I can tell they are oval sections to clear the subframes.

And while I am aware of it's reason and effectiveness, I still think it LOOKS like poo.

That is a very functional wing on a very fast car. It's not ment to look cool, pretty or ricer, it servers a purpose, down force. Being as the car is a race car looks are of no concern.

A buddy and I put a kit on his '87 coupe. Muffler inlet and outlet were on the same end. Outlet pipe was flattened to clear subframe connectors and the end was a flattened oval.

Only time I like the look of side exahust is if it exits behind the rear tires, and pointing down and out at at angle instead of perpendicular to the body.

Was it a Spintech cat-back, by chance? Those are pretty good-sounding setups, and I've often wondered how they go about things with the tailpipe setup on those...

side pipes are cool on some cars, but I think that the polished tips out the back are part of what makes our cars look good. they are the crowning jewel to a perfect look.
