Hell, he should put up a PayPal address for donations. I bet he'd get the two grand without selling the car.

That's the best Craigslist ad I've ever read! I can relate somewhat having gone through an ugly divorce myself earlier this year. She got better than half and took my daughter away from me against my wishes. It's happened to a bunch of my friends too. I just don't understand WTF is wrong with some women these days...

This part just made my frigg'in week....

"if none of you craigslist degenerates wants it, ill park it in the yard with a FOR SALE sign on it, and sell it to a teenager. he will of course be in the obituary pages the following sunday, but wtf, as long as his daddy's check clears, im sure i will get over feeling somehow responsible....."

lol, I forgot about the window part. My fav's gotta be "if you find yourself alongside an iroc, or a trans am, or a ricer, chances are they arent worth racing. all you get is excuses after you rock their world, and its not worth a ticket if you get caught anyways." and "if none of you craigslist degenerates wants it, ill park it in the yard with a FOR SALE sign on it, and sell it to a teenager. he will of course be in the obituary pages the following sunday, but wtf, as long as his daddy's check clears, im sure i will get over feeling somehow responsible.. " So true in most cases

that was classic. love to have the car and print out copies of the ad to show to people who ask about the history of it.

That is a great story. Hands down the best car for sale advertisement that I have ever read. I can also relate to his story just looking back at my own divorce 9 years ago. She has been married twice since and had a live in for a couple of years besides. I'm still baching it and enjoying a peaceful life.

I sent him a reply , told him I would love to have his junk , but I was married to his wifes sister , and I was hiding out myself .
HE told me he has since sold the car to a teen aged punk .
Took the kid for a ride , with open headers, and the kid just whipped out his wallet and said SOLD .
    Still the funniest S@#$ I have heard i a long time .
