    That is Good to here I will continue my work on the owner more pics to follow if not this one I hope to find another one somewhere. I have not given up yet!

    The underside didnt look too bad. Probably could use a good media blasting from top to bottom.

    I thought only the 85/86's had those rear bumpers and bubble glass. Guys have i missed something?

    just go to this site it tells which ones do and other stuff.
    the original rims are in his back yard they were taken off because he could not align it with the originals.

    I just called around last week for media blasting. I recieved to very different quotes. keep in mind you have to totally strip the car bare. I mean everything has to come off. One company quoted me $800, and another $2500. However the $2500 guy was way more detailed in describing to me exactly what they would do to the car, and why its worth it .As well he stated that I should tour his shop first. So I guess maybe we get what we pay for. But if you Media blast the car it wont have a spot of rust on it, and you can start totally fresh.
    If your going to do a real resto, its probably worth the money.

    Well spoke with the owner today and he has it waiting for the HS shop teacher to look at it it does not look good for me but on the other hand it had been siting for 8 years and until I came along maybe nothing would have been done there are more out there hope to find one soon the thing is I offered him quite a bit of money.
