      nice! What'd it run?
      '89 5.0 5-speed 'vert, seeing rust for the 1st time in it's life as well as 4,500+ elevation....

      Oh and your car sounds suspiciously like a leaf blower
      85 Ford LTD LX: Four eyes and Four doors

      EFI swap, AFR 165 heads, 5-speed conversion, Cobra brakes, etc.

      tranny is still broken....will be done soon though..


      the leaf blower sounding thing was..well..... a leaf blower. they were cleaning some speedy dry off the track

      i like, what did it run? best mine will do is 9.96 in the 1/8 . but ive found some gt40p heads and an intake from same explorer at junkyard i work at part time mabey they will help some.

      best 1/8 mile is 7.87
      best 1/4 mile is 12.42


      that is with stock heads and cam...

      I have ported heads, an e-cam and 1.7 rollers going on it as we speak...also the car is getting turbo'd this winter
