When I had the transmission out and the shifter hole open, a sparrow made it's way in, and got trapped. He got the pass seat, and the wheel before kate saw him, and helped him escape.

It's hard to say. It sure looks like a lot more likely than it did a few weeks ago. I still need to get some crucial pieces, but my budget is next to nothing these days.

Are these not the most plain looking seats you've ever seen?

Very nice Ken! When you're ready for a quick cruise, let me know and I'll ride in the back (if that's o.k.) My offer still stands to come over and help you if you need it. Just let me know.

I'm not sure what color to paint it. Blue is on the list.

Color is a tough one. I have liked that blue since we picked those pieces up from Greg. But we were talking about a dark silver the other day and that's nice too....

My old philosophy is black cars area always nice, classic.. But the Mr doesn't like black with the blue interior.. I think it'd be sweet. But it is also a PITA to keep clean.. I've always had dark colored vehicles though, so I'm used to that. However out here I don't have the availability of my dad's shop at work to pull it in and give it a thorough wash down out of the sun.

I'm just so amazed at how well this is coming together. Ken is doing an AWESOME job IMO..

Yeah choosing a color is tough. Ken is doing a great job and it's going to look awesome no matter what color you paint the car. I just love the car!

they may be plain but you rarely see blue seats in that good of shape.

We'll try to get a pic of that for you. The plan is to have a rear spoiler before long. I'm just a bit nervous about drilling the holes

That is why I like them. They help keep that 1980 feel
