'85 marquis 3.8l atx no sparky

Error code check reveals 11 on the static test (which is all systems check out ok to the best of my knowledge). Can't do the running test (obvously).

I see power on one set of the wires at the coil.

Any idea where I might start?

Can anyone email/post a schematic and/or trouble shooting steps for this?
