AACi Summernats Billing, Northampton UK

Hi all

Svodon & myself had a great time last weekend at one of the biggest American car shows in the UK. Lots and lots of Detroit iron on display, some rarities too!! A tubbed out Henry J and also a tubbed out Chevy Monza coupe caught my eye. I think there were only about 7 fox bodies at the show, including mine and Don's cars which is a shame

Don took his 82 GT and I took my 89 GT and we met up with a friend of ours (Simon), who is really a chevy guy at heart, being the owner of a very nice pro-touring 79 Z28. But he has a real penchant for English Ford Capri's, so we let him pitch our tent next to us LOL

As I mentioned earlier we had a great weekend, the weather was kind and we got a sun tan, drank some beer, had a curry, drank some more beer, listened to a Madonna tribute act and met some mad women!! A shame that the weekend was over too quickly, oh well Sweden next & I can't wait!!

Nice pics looks like you had a good turn out.
See what you mean about that Chevy Monza, it looks awesome!.
Like that '32 B aswell (always got a soft spot for a Hot Rod).
