    Default Fuel sender float question

    I have an '84 GT/5.0 carbed. The float on the sending unit is one of the foam type that has worn through and now just absorbs the fuel. Can I find a float at a parts store, or do I have to replace the entire fuel sending unit/pick up?

    You can get this from Ford.
