    hi,i'm new to this site,but i love these cars,presently restoring a 1982 granada L wagon,61k florida car,with 88 5.0 aod trans and 8.8 3.73 posi,and mostly gt suspension ,previously drove a 78 futura with a 3.3 and c4. before that i had a 78 fairmont sedan powered by a 460 and a c6,drove daily 3 seasons for twelve years.i loved that car

    I can finally post in this thread since I have just purchased an 82 fairmont futura that Ive had my eyes on for the past 3 years.

    1986 mustang coupe 351w svo intake same as performer, hei dizzy, edelbrock performer cam, gear drive, WC t-5, pro 5.0 shifter, aluminum driveshaft, sn95 8.8 w/373's, weld wheels.

    1989 Mustang coupe. 87 non HO 302 performer intake 600 holley carb, fms shortys, 94 gt catted hpipe and tailpipes no mufflers. aod, 8 point cage. awaiting a mild gt40 block and paint

    1994 Ranger. 97 exploder block and heads, 4 barrel intake holley 600 carb, 89 f150 5 speed, 3:45s out back.

    Currently own a '79 Capri, formerly a 4 cyl, now a 5.0. '86 Turbo Coupe 5 speed, have owned a '79 Futura 4 banger stick, 85 Mstang 4 banger stick, 80 'stange small 6 auto, 78 Zepher, square top 2 dr 4 cyl auto. List goes on and on...lol. What catagory does an 89 S/C 5 speed fit into?

    Currently have two vehicles...both Fairmonts. '79 2-door box top & '80 wagon. Gimme a month or two, I'm sure it'll change, lol!
    '78 Fairmont with 4 doors and 8 cylinders.

    Wow! Lot more Fairmont/Zephyrs and LTD/Marquis than I expected! I NEVER see these cars here in Minnesota.

    Oops, forgot car info. '79 Zephyr ES w/ EFI 5.0L and T-5. Everything on the car came stock on something except a few minor mods, QA1 K-member, Steeda rear lower control arms and strut-tower brace, BBK off road H-pipe, Flowmaster LX 5.0L catbacks.

    Well I looked and didn't find my car in this list, so here's a photo:

    It now has a roll cage and a "few" other improvements and has covered around 6K miles in the past year.
