Capri GS decode

I was hoping some of you could help decode this Vin 1MEBP79A9GF614639. I just picked up this car and the left door is gone so no door tag. Have not found the body buck tag yet as the front of the car has hit a pole so it has a nice v in the front. Motor is already gone and what I can tell is it is white with blue pin stripe, has blue interior and is a standard as the trans is also gone but has clutch pedal.

Its an 86 2.3L I4 Capri.
