I'd be down to drive a bit south as well.

We need to get a large meeting together of 4 eyed cars.

I wish I could get my car running right, I'd drive it up there. I hope to get it figured out before it gets too cold to mess with. It ran great for a while, then turned to sh**. It won't accelerate at all right now.

I think Spring sounds great. At this point, my car may go under the knife. Hopefully over the winter it'll get E7 heads, I'm going to ditch the rear coil isolators, MAYBE exhaust....

If your gonna get new headers, just pick up some GT40p heads. Swap on a new intake and 4brl and wake that turd up.

Maybe you should stop spending the night with him.

AND I have the heads already. One is done, I need to de hump the others.

Either way its a boost in compression of over 1 point, plus the rockers. I'd hope to see maybe 25-30hp out of the swap, and a bunch of the torkcskkassss

I'd be afraid my car would get stolen in Coffeyville.

I'm down. I was just tossing around the idea of another BBQ at my place this coming season. I hadn't seen this thread yet so If we do something in spring, then I will plan something later in the season. The second annual Tennessee Slim bash.

You know, I never did. I left messages on his phone, emails, PMs and posts and never heard a peep. As far as I can tell he hasn't posted around here since then so I don't know Weird ass deal. We ended up buying the car from Gary and I'm in the process of putting it together for our daughter.

Ive been recently contacted by "Tennessee Slimbo", Ive been assigned in his behalf to collect half of the deposit funds. No questions, no hassles..... Ill collect in the spring, at the party.

We need to tune the carb on my 82 some time.
