Default Can someone recommend a good performance springs for a 91 Mustang convertible?

I have almost all the parts to do the Inline six/T5 swap into my 91 Mustang convertible.

The car has a 2.3L dual plug head motor which was damaged in the past by previous owner and is now very low on power. It already has a T5 and I ahve parts to adapt T5 to the I6 motor.

I have all the parts already to do the swap, including hop up parts for the I6.

I am looking for some good performance handling springs. I have the 11" front brake swap parts , a 1.31" front swapbar, a .79" rear swaybar, and 17x9" P245/45-17 tires.

I was considering using GT convertible springs and cutting 1 coil off front and 1/2 coil off rear.

I see lots of performance springs listed but most say not for convertibles.

    Any recommendations appreciated, thanks.

I've got the eibach convertible springs and like them.
I picked up a couple of things here:

you can probably get by with some c springs for much less than I paid.

It is mostly a non daily driver. I would like to do some Auto X type stuff but most wont allow subframe connectors depending on what class I want to run in. If I install them I wont be competitive but hey its all about having fun right?

Iam a member on Fordsix now, same user name. I had one of the new aluminum heads on order but that fell through for me.

My mom is a severe diabetic. This year she had her left leg amputated above the knee, had a stroke, and I had to put her in a nursing home. On top of which my water heater, furnance both failed and my roof started leaking badly over my kitchen and dining room.

That created a huge financial sinkhole mess for me that I am just now able to see the light at the end of the tunnel...I just hope the light is not from a oncoming train.
