Default Crown Vic Oil Pickup Tube-Or 351w Swap

I need a new pickup tube for the 351w swap. I have everything else except this part..i went to 4 local stores and nobody knew anything except the dealer and he wanted 60.00 for the ford racing piece. Does anybody know if the crown victoria's came with the correct dual sump swap oil pan? and what year had the 351w? Thanks a bunch this swap is killin me

Crown Vic's with the 351W with dual sump were approx 80-81. That kit with the oil pan, pickup tube, bolt and dipstick in the FRPP catalog is identical to the Crown Vic parts, just a fancy M- part number.

Only 80 and 81? Thought the CV/GM used the dual sump pan on 5.8L until 91. ?

All right, my bad. I was quoting what I remembered reading back when I first got into the swap. Was the Crown Vic w/ 351W a police only engine at some point? I think it was available to the public in the early 80's, which is probably where my info came from.
