My favorite question is. "How much you sprayin?" None. Then they leave with their head hung down low. I love it when I am in the staging lanes and guys want to line up against my car with its totally stock idle with the tailpipes sticking out the back. They are thinking "This guy is toast." Then they look under the hood and see the factory dual snorkel and really think this ones in the bag. Next thing they know they are looking at tail lights thinking WTF just happened.

i saw the camaro guys chuckle and stare when i pulled up and got out of my car with my bowling shoes(steve maddens) and leather coat (i was the new guy at the track) laughs soon came to a end. command respect, i know im only a running low 13's, but im a street car, not a drag car. thats whats cool about mustangs, they really dont know what your packing until its too late. my dads 96 mark8 runs 12.20's.....you'd laugh your ass off, people love it and never see it comming; and the thing weighs like 5k to boot.

12.26 @ 113 MPH on old <small> turbo and head on 26 psi. Stock short block, 3.73s, T5, lots of bolt ons, A237, stock EEC. Now: BIG turbo, and new fully ported [by me] stock valve head. 11.50s spring for sure.

The one thing that always gets them is the automatic. mine has a trickflow cam in it but with the explorer intake it looks stock and with its dynomax mufflers its quiet too. You have to love the 4.10s, you can murder anything off the line. And they never see it coming.

do you run that car everyday? if so hows gas with a c4 and 4.10's? what rpms are you turning going 60?
No just a play toy and cruiser around town. As little highway action as possible. Around 3800 at 60 just cruising. Converter is pretty loose for much highway driving. Doubt this 168000 mile shortblock would like much highway driving with the C-4. If I were to do that I would put a T-5 in it.
