That sounds cool. I don't think they start those Bourne cruise nights until school gets out in late June. They will then go on until school starts in September. I'll keep you guys posted.

I'd also like to come up to some of your cruises too. Don't you guys meet up at an A&W stand or something?

Hey Pete, I was also telling Jeff and Steve about the Sunday afternoon cruises at Seekonk in the Sam's Club Parking lot. I believe you have gone to that show before and they are usually a good turnout for a Sunday afternoon. Plenty of room to park a few 4 eyes together.

Yup, I've been to that one too. What's cool about that one is that it's on a Sunday. I take my time getting there and just hang out. I hope it's going to be a great summer!

Yeah, it is at a perfect time too. Usually a good turnout and I like that I don't have to rush to get there. There is always plenty of room.

Sounds good to me. I'll be leaving here at 6:00 and I anticipate my arrival at the Norton exit 10 at around 6:30 or so. Let me know if you want me to pull off and meet you. As we get closer, I'll give you guys my cell phone number so that we can call each other if someone is running late.

Our route is always the same. We take Route 495 to the Mass Pike and then follow the Pike down to Route 84. We then follow Route 84 down to exit 62 and we're there.

I leave my house at 6:00 a.m. and can meet everyone at 7:00 a.m. sharp at Exit 18 on Route 495 (Home Depot Parking Lot). Dime Store, I can meet you at Exit 10 on Route 495 if you'd like and I should be arriving at that exit at around 6:30 - 6:40 a.m.
The reason why we leave early is because it allows us to pick better parking spaces for our cars before they run out and have to park cars in the middle of the aisles. This show doesn't draw the amount of cars that the MCCNE show in June or their Fall show does, but it's still a good show.

If anyone needs my cell phone number, PM me and I'll let you have it.

    Thanks,
    Pete Slaney

This route seems pretty straight forward and will definitely be a good cruise. I'm glad that we will be able to park our cars together. How much does it cost to enter the car in the show? I hope that I didn't have to pre-register. Things have been extremely busy this past week and a half.

    Fred, are you going too?

Yeah, it's a nice cruise. Coming back on Sunday afternoon-early evening will be a chore though, as both Route 84 and the Mass Pike will be crazy. Even though it's a Sunday, those two highways are packed in the late afternoon and there's always crazy drivers switching lanes and stuff. It'll be much harder for us to stay together as a group on the way home.

As for pre-registration, it's not needed. I've been to many of those shows (3 with my car) and I've never had to pre-register.

Fred, I hope you're going too. We can meet up with you on the Pike.

I know what that traffic is like on a Sunday. I've been on 84 on plenty of Sundays just sitting at the toll booth traffic. You are also right about people weaving in out of lanes there. Some crazy drivers that's for sure.

I hope you can go Fred, so I can see that awesome car of yours .

Jeff, it's too bad that you don't have a twin like me. Then you could send him to the party as your double, while you're enjoying the cruise. He, he, he.

O.K. guys, tomorrow is supposed to be a mix of sun and clouds, with a possible shower here and there. Under those conditions, I'M STILL GOING! The chance of rain is slim. I'm leaving at 6:00 a.m., meeting my brother and a customer of mine (he's got a '99 GT with a ProCharger on it) at 6:20-6:30ish at Exit 5 (Middleboro Rotary) off of Route 495 and then we'll cruise on up to Exit 18 (Bellingham Home Depot) where we will meet up with you guys. We should be there around 7:00 a.m. Everyone PLEASE be on time. If you're running late, please call me on my cell phone at 339-933-2675. Who's definitely in?
