Welcome, and for everybody, a question. Did the scoop on this car come only with the turbo option? I have not seen the rear facing scoop on any other GT-350s so I am assuming all the others I have seen are the 5.0s. I built the MPC model version of this car and put on the scoop and then never saw any with it.

Yes, it 84, only the turbo cars got the scoop. It was actually needed for clearance. In 83 all GT's got it.

Hows the part search going on the car? I'm trading David for his 84 gt 350 2.3l. He's got me painting his other hatch that he picked up. He said that hes got it running pretty good for me. Hope hes right

you mean "a flowmaster" flowmaster doesn't make a kit that both pipes come out on the same side. did someone put a dual outlet muffler on one side or what?The sunshine was making it tough to get pics,,, but here they are.
