    This is just my opinion, but it looks "legit" except for the top material\design.... But, it could be a custom fabb'ed job by an upholsterer too.....

    Some top down pic's of the tops of the rear interior quarters(the chrome plated potmetal trim) might help as well....
    '89 5.0 5-speed 'vert, seeing rust for the 1st time in it's life as well as 4,500+ elevation....

    I have one red with a white top,v8 it has a plaque on the dash that says,mustang swift edition Tomaso in little rock arkansaw number 47.Check out the pics.
