Damn, I need to get in on that bandwagon.

Congrats on your new toy, I think that's a great price for one in that shape. I came this > < close to snagging a silver one with a bad tranny for $500 a few months ago.
My main two problems were where to park it (I need your kind of acreage ) & silver doesn't usually agree with me very well...so I passed.

Congrtas on the great deal. After a while you will get to like it even more than you do know. I bought one brand new in 88 for my wife and we loved it. The only thing I didnt like about them is the 4 cyl motor.
I fixed that on our next one (injected 5.0L swap)and to this day was one of my favorite cars. Since then i have had 5 of them and they are great cars.
    Good luck with it.

The 89 and later are not built on the fox platform and they use an IRS (also not compatible with the fox) so the only thing interchangeable is the center section if you have an IRS unit from a 99-04 Cobra.

Coming in a little late here Greg... Congrats on both TCs. I've always liked that body style in the red / black combo. There is one sitting in a local muffler shop holding pen with a mechanics lien on it. The guy dropped it off for some work and never returned to pick it up. It's been sitting for over a year. Maybe I should get it? HAHA

Nope, no interest in one of them.

I was thinking of doing up a Focus sometime though with a cervinis kit.

I also want to own an SHO at some point too.

Yeah, from what I've read, the SHOs seem pretty cool. Probably a good and decently peppy DD.
