1984 turbo mustang gt hatchback 20th anniverssary

just picked up a 84 and half mustang gt turbo 350 20th anniverssary with 77000 origanal miles from the 82 year old origanal owner. car is very clean and its got almost every option you can think of the air condition stills blows ice cold.just wondering how rare these cars are if anyone has info on them greatly appreciated thanks.....
