    Cobra clone?

How does this qualify as a Cobra clone?

It doesnt look too bad but it is a shame that it was done to a Black Magic. How cool would it be to have a stock Black Magic with that drivetrain?

Yup.... It's not a bad looking car; but it sucks to know what it started out as & could have been. He obviously had the money to have done a full resto....

    I like this statement:

...with the power bulge fender flairs.
    Oh... those flairs add 10hp.

I feel the car was worth more as a BM Capri.

Oh, I didn't want to get started on a rant about what people do to cars...... you know what I'm talking about. That's why I'm trying (within my resources and budget) to put together my new Capri project to pretty much stock.

Oh yeah, last weekend I got a full 85 GT Grey interior, complete with recaro seats, console, the whole shooting match. Including Tri-bar SVO steering wheel!! Since my Capri literaly has a dash and steering column on the inside.

    Sorry about the thread hijack!!

some people can really come up with more ways to "f" up a rare calassic. And we wonder why rare cars are so hard to come by.

Did you get the stock 85 seats, or Recaros, because they are different.
