    Default Lorezen GT Mustang

    I was looking at an old 1983 Mustang Book by Hot Rod Magazine and it was talking about a new Lorezen Mustang. It has a complete McLaren M81 body kit without the hood and with a 5.0 in it. They were to be sold at a dealership in VA, Homer Cox Ford. Some of you guys from the VA area might want to check this one out. The car pictured is a black 83 with t-tops. By the way the guy building the cars was Nascar Racing's Fred Lorezen.

    Any way of getting that scanned in so we could take a look? That sounds quite interesting.

    I know this is a very old thread but I found that 1983 issue in my library of Mustangs mags. It's a 2pg feature with small B&W pics low quality. I can scan if anyone is interested but with a limit of 97kb per pic it will be difficult to read.

    I scanned in at 300 DPI and each page is slightly over 2 Megs each.
    If thats good enough I'll send them.

    My next scan size up is 600 DPI but I think that might be too large to email.
    let me know your preference.

    I found a second article in that same mag (a news release) for the Lorenzen.
    I'll scan that one too.

    There's also a 6 pg B&W 79+ Milan Coach Builders article where they show the entire convertible conversion.

    Is this batmobile called the Lorezen or the Lorenzen? The article can't seem to figure it out.
    No longer visiting. Cheers.
