"Comp Prep" SVO information?

What modifications/alterations/deletions were made to the "Comp Prep" SVOs? What years were they made? Production numbers? Current value?

I was just checking out freakos302's SVO in the Online Car Show section (sweet) and thought I'd pose this question, since I've never really gotten the details on these cars before. Skimmed my Mustang 5.0 Handbook and came up empty.

Wasn't there a smaller gas tank as well?

Comp preps were made from late 84 through 86, no good number on the 84's but I know of 5, I am sure there are more. There were 30 85's and 10 85.5's. There were 83 86's. The 85 and 86's deleted Radio, air conditioner, power windows, power door locks. The 84's deleted the same except they came with a am-fm radio. As far as value, just how bad someone wants one. They usually bring more than a regular SVO depending on condition.
