    Default Tri-cars+79 Coupe=56K death

Here they are, I had Eibach Drag Launches on it but didn't like how it sat, so I took the fronts off and put stock 5.0 springs on front. Also I installed another, yes another, set of wheels. These are "tri-bars" and they were on a 1995 GT, also a friend donated the tires, BFG Comp T/A 255/50/17's.

Here they are! Let me know what you think. Should I still powdercoat them black?

Randon iinterior shot, its filthy I know, and I need black kicks, just thought I would show my gauges that I installed.

And one last one.... (I'm digital camera happy I know)

personally, i think that Tri-bars look better in lowered Hatches that are black. that combo seems alittle more fitting for the Tri-bars.

the tribars just doesent seem to fit the profile of your mustang

    thats my honet opinion

paint them (powdercoat works too) black, polish the outer lip, get some chrome center caps, voila! 93 Cobra R rims.

Maybe I'm just getting too frigg'in old..... But I can't imagine those wheels looking good slathered in black. I thing they will look better with either a coat of darker silver metallic or gunmetal grey paint than anything else. I even think the way they currently look is good..... But, that's just me....

For some reason, I really like the wheels as they are as well.

I think it looks sharp with the current color of the car.

the concrete is.....very, very well used. I think the silver is growing on me. I thought they looked awesome when I first put them on, but I think it looks really good. I think it will look killer after I paint it too. Might drop it a little more though. Not sure yet. Thanks for the opinions! Both good and bad.

    Default Tri-Bar rims...

I personally think the Tr-Bar rims look better on ANY Fox than they ever did on SN-95's!! Maybe they just compliment the subtle lines on the car better than the roundness of the 94+ cars??

Anyways...the coupe looks great, but, Yeah....I think I'd lower it a little more to lose the gap over the tires. Personally think I'd leave them silver too. They stand out a little better and makes it a little more obvious you did the 5-lug swap.

Just my opinion...good luck with your decision!!!

I agree, then polish the rim to tie into the chrome window trim.
