      Looks like a 4V to me too....The stock carb has 4 round holes in the base.

      I'm not 100% positive but I'm pretty sure the stock 4v has those circular cutouts in the throttle plate. Besides, where would the mounting bolts for the 2V have gone? I only see the ones for the 4V. Also, with that plate in the way the throttle plates would have hit it and not opened more than maybe like 1/4".
