4 Cycle Wiring Harness work with 8 Cylce Duraspark?

Just as the title says, will my 4 Cylinder wiring harness work with a V8 Duraspark setup? Or Will I have to get a Mustang V8 Wiring harness to make the swap? Also does anyone know what driveshaft I can use with the Granada 302 and my stock 7.5 Rear end?

yep, itll work but you will need to get the 302 duraspark
box. (maybe) now that im thinking about it i think
the 4cyl box will work. check w/autozone on that.
but anyway wiring is the same. drive shaft from
your mustang should fit just change the yoke(s)
and do new universals. if your shaft dont work
have the granada one cut and balanced. thats what
i did. i was originally running a C4 and 302 from a
78 granada. by the way make sure to use the right
motor mounts.

Awesome I have the 302 Duraspark Box from the Granada w00t! And Still have the driveshaft and yoke, the only thing I need to worry about are motor mounts, did you use Mustang v8 motor mounts or Granada v8 motor mounts, BTW thanks for the info, saved me lots of time and money!

mustang mounts and make sure you get them for '85
i used a set of '80 mounts i had layin around and
they make the engine sit "funny". found out the
later stangs and crapis had different "k" member

Awesome, thanks for the info! I'll be sure to get a double hump tranny member on top of all that so I can run some dual exhaust

You won't need to change the Duraspark box, the 302 and 2.3 part is the same.
