      Default Converting to 5 lug

      I have a question about converting to 5 lug. I have an 84 Anniversary car that I would like to swap to 5 lug. Will the sn95 rear axle swap in, or do you have to modify anything? I would like to have disc brakes on the back for stopping power as well as easy maintenance, but I DO NOT want to hack up the car. In other words, I do not want to do anything that can not be reversed with little to no effort. Any help will br greatly appreciated. I know that you can swap axles from a ranger, and get Lincoln front rotors, I would just like to have the rear discs is all. Thanks again for the help.
