Default Updated the Blue Coupe's look a little.

Bought a hood scoop from a badly wrecked 79 Mustang awhile ago and decided to put it on the 86.

Masked off the area and centered it and such...then "tried" to measure for the mounting holes...kinda screwed that up. Then got out the die grinder and cut.

Hopefully it'll help...a little...maybe...please? And my paint is so horrible, the masking tape peeled it off...sweet!

    Underside, nothing to see here.

All done. As stated, some sanding is requred for it to be perfect...I was too lazy for that so I went ahead and mounted it, figured the bolts would pull it close to the hood...I was right, only a little bit of gap is at the tips of the scoop.

I need to get some rubber hose or something, so I can put around the edge of the hole itself to keep water from coming in when the car is sitting.

It should help with cooling, I know it does that on my car. I want to get a taller intake manifold so the air cleaner sits in it though
